| Inclusions: Some inclusions will vary for package and customized tours. However, the following will be included: pre-departure information, hotel taxes and service charges, service of local English/Spanish speaking guide during program, or tour. A Galapagos cruise includes: meals, Naturalist Guide and a double occupancy (unless otherwise requested). You will be advised of all inclusions specific to your program on your tour proposal. |
| Exclusions: International travel to Ecuador, $100 park entrance fee, Ecuador exit tax (US $35+), extra beverages (unless specified), tips for guides, drivers, crew on board yacht, and hotel staff, international health insurance (unless specified). |

| Note: A written e-mail notification needs to be sent to Immerse in order to receive any sort of refund. Cancellation policies may change due to the policies of certain yachts. Other administrative fees or spent costs may be applied to penalty fees. No partial refunds will be given for unused meals, hotel rooms, airport transfers or excursions etc for any reason.
